One day, in the absence of a caretaker, Chung Yi is left to change her mother’s diaper and clean up her excrement. Tensions explode in a perfect storm of inner panic as the mother grapples with a loss of dignity in front of her daughter, while Chung Yi searches for the strength to provide for her dying mother’s needs.
