The Invincible Space Streaker

Two brothers, one named Shao Po that is half transformed, escape and go to Dr. Pau to finish his transformation into a superman. Now, Shao Po, the rest of the children, and a biker brigade must battle Dr. Wu and his army to save their town from destruction.
