Kadir, who performs surgery to restore Elif's sight, falls in love with her. Meanwhile, a gang that Kadir has disrupted kidnaps Elif in an attempt to pit Kadir against Arab Hasan. Their goal is to get Arab Hasan to kill Kadir.
