Before passing away, Fatimah's mother-in-law confesses to Nazira that Fatimah had tried to contact her but was prevented by her. Azman, who is suffering from cancer, is unable to care for Fatimah who is also ill (Alzheimer's) and sends Fatimah to an elderly care center.
