Bella makes a drastic decision to marry Alex while still studying. They face hardship again when Bella gives birth to a child and they cannot afford to buy milk for their baby. Bella creates a clothing design that receives widespread acclaim. Bella is forced to take on many orders until her fingers become swollen and she cannot attend her exams. However, thanks to Bella and Alex's determination, they eventually succeed in building their own business empire.
