For the sake of survival, and after gaining inspiration from her younger brother, Danny (Mark Adam), Kathy decides to become a 'food reviewer'. To build a unique identity, Kathy transforms into character 'Kak Kek' and makes reviews using the Kelantan dialect. Her videos go viral due to her charm and her iconic crooked headscarf which attracts much attention. However, she must face Sofea (Ellyza Azizi), an 'influencer' who is envious of her success.
