The day before, Hazuki, a nurse, had accepted an invitation to visit the apartment of Yoshizawa, a resident doctor she was interested in. Her twin sister, Satsuki, was busy trying to pick up men via text message with her friend Kei. Hazuki eventually visited Yoshizawa’s apartment, but he slept with her merely as a casual fling.
