It seems it's not the professor who's putting up with a waitress, but she's putting up with him. It seems he is also dispensable at home. In the end, Bernd and Lena have bought a house in the country, but Else Maschke, who has lived there since childhood, has lost her retirement. Melanie is expecting a child and Lena is also pregnant. A merciful end is needed, but is there one?
