While he and clinic manager Miriam search for the child's father, senior physician Dr. Linda Singer falls in love with the extreme sportsman entrusted to her care. When Miriam's son's girlfriend collapses with abdominal cramps, Dr. Guth suspects a hereditary disease. And there also seems to be something wrong with the photographer Nadja, who is visiting her brother, Mayor Rosner.
