He meets Blanca who gives him her love, he agrees to marry her and go to live with her in Barranquilla. Despite the promise, and the pressure of Blanca's family, it will be very difficult for Adel to fulfill his commitment: the same night of the wedding day he will be seduced and will be obsessed by La Mohana, goddess of the waters, about whose legend the old people tell more than one story.
