While his assistant Ferdi is looking for a solution to this problem, he finds a poor man named Ali who looks exactly like Bedri Bey. He sends Bedri Bey to Switzerland. He makes an agreement with Ali and replaces him with Ali. Ali, a poor man, will become a wealthy businessman for a while.
