In this new city, Yang Xiao Lang becomes embroiled with the police, the Qinglong Clan and the Westerners. To protect Xiao Fan, the woman he loves, Yang Xiao Lang is forced to step up to the plate as he relies on his wits to fight against injustices and bring honor to his family.
