His life is upended when a black dragon, Asalar, attacks his village. To save his world, Welsh must find the Ivory Dofus, the only artifact capable of defeating Zabelle. Accompanied by his faithful friend Béchamel and the adventurers Joris and Khan Karkass, Welsh discovers his true origins and embraces his fate as a hero.
